Nokia E65 at PC Authority

Nokia E65PC Authority reviews the Nokia E65 and writes, “Features such as 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, push email and SIP compatibility make the E65 incredibly well rounded as both a business and personal phone. For simply monitoring your email inbox, the E65 is a very useful device, but it’s extremely hard to compose emails unless you’re happy using txt spk. For practical web browsing and full-time email, a full-blown smartphone such as the Nokia E61 remains the more practical alternative.”

Nokia E65 Features Include:

  • Send messages using an extensive range of options: SMS, MMS with distribution lists, instant messages, and email
  • One Touch keys for conference calls, mute, unmute, and contacts
  • Quad-band coverage on up to five continents
  • Music and media players
  • 2.0-megapixel camera

Nokia E65 Review at Gsmarena

Nokia E65Gsmarena reviews the Nokia E65 and writes, “Were you looking forward to purchasing the new Nokia E65 as soon as it appeared in the Internet stores? Poor you … The phone doesn’t differ much from its forerunners, and especially from Nokia E60. It is not even worth mentioning that newly implemented applications can easily be installed in older Nokia models thanks to Nokia’s liberal approach. All in all, our expectations of more innovations have not been met. What might make Nokia E65 a successfully selling phone is its solid construction, elegant design and the slider form factor.

In any case one thing is for sure: by choosing Nokia E65 you get a high-class elegant office helper together with all pros and cons of a Nokia – Symbian cooperation. “

Nokia E65 Review at ITReviews

Nokia E65ITReviews reviews the Nokia E65 and writes, “Nokia is pushing the E65 as a business phone but it might have wider appeal. It is hampered by the absence of a front-facing camera and that mono earbud, but taken in its entirety this is a very functional mobile phone.”

Nokia E65 Review at 3G

Nokia E653G reviews the Nokia E65 and writes, “We can’t say we like the brown and silver colour scheme of the E65 a great deal. If you are with us on that look out for the red incarnation which is rather more eye-catching. Either way you’ll have to put up with the faux leather look on the back of the casing, though.

If you try to balance out the plusses and the minuses of Nokia’s E65 the plusses hold more allure than the minuses can pull us back from. It is just such a shame that Nokia let us down on the mono earbud and left out a front facing camera.”

Nokia E65 Review at Mobileburn

Nokia E65Mobileburn reviews the Nokia E65 and thinks it’s not only attractive, it’s solidly built. They continue to write, “The E65 is brilliantly built and has specifications that blow most other slider phones away. It is unfortunate that the keypad sometimes fails to register key presses. Otherwise, the E65 would have been perfect. All the connectivity options, push email capabilities, and a great browser in a small and slim good looking slider makes the entire package too sweet to resist. This is one phone that I have no hesitation in giving a Highly Recommended rating. If slider phones are your thing, you can’t go wrong with the E65. You will just have to get used to its keypad, but this is a minor annoyance when compared to all its positives.”

Nokia E65 Review at CNET

Nokia E65CNET reviews the Nokia E65 and they write’ “The good: The Nokia E65 smart phone boasts a beautiful and compact slider design, and features a 2-megapixel camera, e-mail, and productivity apps. It also offers good call quality and solid talk time battery life, and has Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and 3G support.

The bad: The E65 doesn’t support document editing out of the box, and the lack of a full QWERTY keyboard makes it less than ideal for e-mail. It’s occasionally slow, and there’s no flash for the camera. The front and side navigation controls are also small and hard to use. The bottom line: With the exception of a couple of design flaws, the sexy slider Nokia E65 is a good voice-centric Symbian smart phone that also offers various wireless options and productivity tools.”

Nokia E65 Review

Nokia E65Trusted Reviews has reviewed the Nokia E65 and they write’ “The E65 has some design points that need more attention, the camera isn’t what it could be, and Nokia has shot itself in the foot by not including a front facing camera for video calls. But the clever Wi-Fi software could draw you to this phone regardless.”
