HTC Herald P4350 Review at MobileReview

HTC Herald P4350MobileReview reviews the HTC Herald P4350 cell phone and they write, “HTC P4350 is nothing special on the reception front – it does well, just as expected. The ringtones’ volume is average, so setting any MP3 or WMA track as a tune makes sense, but if you don’t want to miss a call in crowded and phone calls-unfriendly areas, better go for an unsophisticated warble, set as a ringtone.

The communicator arrives in the market in December, 2006, although start of mass sales is schedule for the beginning of 2007, initially the P4350 will be retailed for 740-750 USD, but there is a good chance that in course of its lifecycle the price will drop down to 550-600 USD for a unit.

All QWERTY-powered Pocket PC offerings by HTC, due out in the first six months of the upcoming year, may be divided into four main branches: models equipped with 2.8” displays form two branches, virtually pulled apart by support for 3G networks (2G-communicator HTC P4350 and 3.5G-device HTC TyTN). HTC Universal will be succeeded by HTC Omni a new type of tablet devices - HTC Athena.

But overall, HTC P4350 is nothing more but a revamped edition of HTC Wizard in a slimmer casing with auto slide-out keyboard design.”

HTC Herald P4350 Review at IntoMobile

HTC Herald P4350IntoMobile reviews the HTC Herald P4350 cell phone and they write, “Why is this ALMOST a perfect smartphone? Well, that would be mostly due to the lack of a 3G radio. Having only EDGE data does keep this phone from playing with the big boys when it comes to downloading large files. Then there are the nitpicky things like the Comm Manager button and the Voice Recognition being to closely clumped, the lack of a normal headphone jack. The fact that trifling little details like these are all we have to speak harshly about is a testament to the brilliant design of this phone.”

HTC Herald P4350 Review at LetsGoMobile

HTC Herald P4350LetsGoMobile has reviewed the HTC Herald P4350 cell phone and they write, “In practice the HTC Herald P4350 turns out to be a telephone that does get a high score for some features but it drops a few stitches here and there on other features. The screen is large and easy to work with but don’t take it outside when the sun is shining bright because then it is too difficult to see anything at all on the screen. The camera is nice but does not perform too well under dim light circumstances and the so-called fixed focus makes the pictures come out less clear than what you would expect.”

HTC S310 Review at RegHardware

HTC S310RegHardware has reviewed the HTC S310 Windows smart phone and they write, “The HTC S310 might have been at the back of the room when they were handing out style, but its usability almost makes up for that. It doesn’t really have any additional features over and above most other smartphones on the market. However, someone looking to roll out a very usable, small(ish) device across a small business could do a lot worse.”

HTC Trinity P3600 Review at LetsGoMobile

HTC Trinity P3600LetsGoMobile has reviewed the HTC Trinity P3600 cell phone and writes, ” The HTC Trinity P3600 is an attractive phone that has been well put together technologically. All of its functions are easy to use and work well. However, that is more than can be said of the HTC P3600’s camera. It doesn’t perform very well in dim light, and does not have a flash. It is fine during the day in good light, but you won’t be able to take a picture during an evening out. It’s good that you can hold it like an ordinary camera when taking a photo. The connections such as Bluetooth and the W-LAN are good and stable. The battery lasts a reasonable amount of time, but it may be useful to have the charger with you. All in all, the HTC Trinity P3600 is a great phone to work with and offers a lot of possibilities.”

HTC P4350 Smartphone Review at Pocket-lint

HTC P4350 SmartphonePocket-lint has reviewed the HTC P4350 Smartphone and they write, “For those not looking for the all singing all dancing capabilities of the TyTN the P4350 will fit the bill, however given the choice on a Smartphone of having 3G and HSDPA built in or just regular GSM we know that we, and any self requesting business man would do the same.

Of course if you aren’t playing any web surfing, or worried about the speed you can get your emails then the faster online access speed won’t be an issue and you can opt for this and save yourself a few bob.

Overall, like the TyTN a good strong performer, but for us we would opt for the TyTN or, although yet to be reviewed the Ameo, but then that’s a different proposition all together.”
